Coming Home Retreat
Yoga • Mindfulness • Hiking • Good Food • Rest
September 17–20, 2026 | Morzine, French Alps
Four days to let go, slow down, and let us take care of everything.
Spend a long weekend in the French Alps enjoying morning and evening yoga, guided mountain hikes, nourishing vegetarian meals, mindfulness, time in nature, and meaningful conversations.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, in need of a break, or simply longing for a few days in the mountains, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy the present moment.
What we'll do
Each day offers a balance of movement, rest, nature, and connection.
Morning and evening yoga
Daily mindfulness and meditation
Two professionally guided hikes in the Alps
Beautiful vegetarian meals prepared by our private chef
Plenty of time to rest, read, or simply enjoy the mountains
Relaxed afternoon conversations inspired by mindfulness and psychology
No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
Is this retreat for you?
Perhaps you've been...
• feeling overwhelmed
• finding it difficult to slow down
• longing for a few days in nature
• craving space to breathe
• looking for a retreat that balances movement, rest, and mindfulness
If so, we'd love to welcome you.
*The deck pictured here was from a previous retreat. We'll be staying in a different chalet this September, but we'll still have a beautiful outdoor space for yoga.
Our conversations
Each afternoon we'll gather for relaxed conversations inspired by mindfulness, psychology, and the experiences naturally unfolding throughout the retreat.
Rather than following a fixed curriculum, these conversations will evolve with the group. Together we'll explore simple ideas and practices that can help us bring greater awareness, presence, and balance into everyday life.
There is never any pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
These photos are of the chalet we are staying in.

Meet Your Hosts
Leslie-Ann Glen (Inner Shift SARL)
Leslie-Ann Glen is a yoga and mindfulness teacher, and CBT & EMDR therapist based in Morzine.
She loves bringing together yoga, mindfulness, nature, and meaningful conversation to create experiences that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and enjoy the present moment.
Rachelle (Blossom & Weeds)
Blossom and Weeds is all about bringing us closer to nature - through food!
You’ll enjoy fresh, family-style feasts, which celebrate the power of nature, and the incredible flavours you can find within it. With a focus on local producers, seasonal ingredients and some foraged heroes picked right here in the mountains, think grass-roots cooking meets a very hungry Mother Nature!
Jason (Daysaway Adventures)
Qualified mountain guide with extensive local knowledge (foraging, geology, geography and more!) and a passion for helping people experience the beauty of the Alps safely and mindfully.
