  • Online Therapy: Convenient and secure video sessions from anywhere in the world, perfect if you prefer to connect from home.

  • In-Person Therapy: Meet with me at my cozy home office in beautiful Saint-Jean-d’Aulps, for a more personal and grounding experience.

Sessions are €60 for a one-hour appointment.*

  • Unlimited Chat Therapy: For ongoing, flexible support, try my new monthly chat option. For just €20 a month, you can message me anytime and get thoughtful responses when I’m available — a great way to stay connected between sessions or get help without scheduling extra appointments.
