Friday
• Arrival from 3 PM – welcome drink & snack
• Settle in, relax, explore the chalet
• Introductory drawing workshop with Kimberly
• Grounding yoga & guided meditation with Leslie
• Plant-based welcome dinner

Saturday
• Morning yoga & meditation
• Breakfast
• Guided hike with nature drawing workshop and packed lunch
• Free time or optional massage/Reiki
• Gentle evening yoga
• Dinner
• Meditation to close the day

Sunday
• Morning yoga & meditation
• Breakfast
• Mindfulness hike & forest bathing (possible foraging)
• Lunch at the chalet
• Life drawing workshop with live model
• Rest & journal time
• Pre-dinner yoga
• Dinner
• Evening meditation

Monday
• Final morning yoga & meditation
• Closing brunch & sharing circle
• Departures from 12 PM
