Hi, my name is Leslie.
I’m a therapist and yoga teacher in the Morzine area. I help people overcome stress, overthinking, burnout, and mental health challenges like anxiety and ADHD using mindfulness-based approaches, CBT and EMDR.
Based in Saint-Jean-d’Aulps (Morzine), I provide a compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself, find clarity, and create lasting change.

About Me
I am a 38-year-old Canadian living in the French Alps. I speak English and french fluently. I hold a Masters in Psychology, level 2 certified EMDR training, and in Spring 2025 will be fully certified in CBT therapy. I am also a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, and actively applying for clinical doctorates in the UK for 2026.
I am also a certified 200-hour yoga teacher. I practice and study Zen Buddhist teachings and meditate daily, which is the most important thing that shifted my life towards health and happiness. If you’re considering therapy, I recommend beginning a meditation practice right away — it’s free !
