An Evening of Conscious Breath, Movement and Dance

Join us for an evening of connection—with yourself, with others, with the music, and with the many other magics of the evening.

We’ll begin with a warm drink ceremony and guided meditation, followed by gentle Tai Chi-inspired movement to awaken the body. From there, we move into an hour of conscious dance, guided by Dan Bromley in a live DJ set—a space to move freely, release, and reconnect.

After dancing, we’ll settle into a grounding savasana and guided relaxation accompanied by singing bowls, allowing time to integrate the experience and rest deeply.

We’ll close the evening with a shared mocktail and a welcoming circle to reflect and connect.

This event is beginner-friendly and open to all ages. No dance experience needed—just come as you are.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes for movement

  • A water bottle

  • A journal and pen

  • Your favourite cup for drinks
