…for a transformative evening dedicated to caring for your cervical spine. Whether you're managing a cervical spine injury, neck pain, or simply want to learn proactive care for this vital area, this workshop is for you.

Katie Brown

is a sustainable health and wellness coach based in Morzine. She is a qualified personal trainer with a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation, sports masseuse, yoga and breath work teacher and nutritional therapist.

Leslie Glen

is a Counsellor and yoga teacher based in Saint Jean d'Aulps. She has been practicing yoga for 20 years, holds a Masters in Psychology and is trained in Level 1 and 2 EMDR therapy.

The workshop is offered in English, but Leslie speaks fluent French and can translate any points missed.

We’ll explore:

Breathwork: Activate your full breathing range and calm your nervous system; especially helpful for those who tend to chest-breathe due to cervical spine issues.

Psychology: Release unnecessary pressures (coming from others and yourself) to ease mental and physical tension.

Mindfulness/Meditation: For becoming aware of and taking care of pain when it is present.

EMDR Trauma Therapy Techniques: Self-healing techniques for relieving pain associated with the emotional layers of injury.

Anatomy: Understand the structure of your cervical spine and learn simple therapeutic exercises for rehabilitation and prehabilitation.

Take-Home Yoga Sequence: A nurturing flow designed to protect and care for your cervical spine.

All participants will receive copies of workshop documents to integrate these practices into their daily routines.
