Join us for the second session of "Take the Pressure Off", where weβll focus on releasing tension in the shoulders and wristsβphysically, emotionally, and energetically.
In this comprehensive and therapeutic workshop, weβll guide you through:
- Breathwork techniques to ease tension in the shoulders & wrists
- A heart-opening meditation to free up emotional and energetic blockages
- A gentle, injury-friendly yoga sequence designed for shoulder & wrist rehabilitation
- An anatomy lesson & rehab exercises to improve mobility & resilience
- An EMDR-inspired group exercise to explore the emotional connection to pain
