Join Katie Brown (Yoga Teacher, Sports Rehab & Wellness Coach) and Leslie Glen (Therapist - MSc Psychology, Yoga Teacher, EMDR Practitioner) for an in-depth exploration of hip and knee pain from both an anatomical and psychological perspective.
This 2-hour workshop will cover:
Hips & knees in motion – Understanding joint function, common issues, and how movement impacts pain.
Breathwork for relief – Techniques to regulate the nervous system and ease discomfort.
Meditation for pain inquiry – A guided practice to explore the emotional and mental aspects of pain.
