A Mind-Body Healing Workshop for Hips & Knees in Montriond (Morzine)

Join Katie Brown (Yoga Teacher, Sports Rehab & Wellness Coach) and Leslie Glen (Therapist - MSc Psychology, Yoga Teacher, EMDR Practitioner) for an in-depth exploration of hip and knee pain from both an anatomical and psychological perspective.

This 2-hour workshop will cover:

  • Hips & knees in motion – Understanding joint function, common issues, and how movement impacts pain.

  • Breathwork for relief – Techniques to regulate the nervous system and ease discomfort.

  • Meditation for pain inquiry – A guided practice to explore the emotional and mental aspects of pain.

  • Yoga for strength and care - A tailored yoga sequence to go deep, strengthen and take care of these joints.

  • EMDR-based techniques – A structured method to help release the emotional layer of physical pain.

  • Tea included – A moment to unwind and connect.

This workshop is designed for anyone dealing with hip or knee pain, whether from injury, overuse, or chronic discomfort.
